As a company, we show utmost sensitivity to comply with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in the processing and stora

It is processed in a limited manner within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Art

the KVKK for the purposes of recording customer and/or customer authorized employee information in the system, making mandato ry reports
to authorized public institutions and organizations, carrying out customer service evaluation and follow up processes, following up on
requests and complaints, carrying out finance and accounting transactions, following up on collections, carrying out marketin g a nd sales
activities of services and products, and managing relations with business partners and suppliers.

such as preserving all kinds of your personal data, preventing unauthorized access and preventing unlawful processing.
Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data:
Your personal data is collected in physical and electronic environments for the purposes specified above, in accordance with
the processing
conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK; It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation s a nd, provided that it is
directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to th e contract is
necessary and the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK:

processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that the action taken wit hin this scope be
notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To object to a result that is detrimental to the data owner, especially as a result of the automatic analysis of processed pe
rso nal data,
To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Request Submission Method:
You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which “regulates the rights of the relevant person”,
by filling out and
signing the application form available on the Company’s website in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Prin cip les of
Application to the Data Controller”, by personally proving your identity or by delivering/notifying it in writing to our Comp any ’s address at
GÜRLEYİK MAH.601 SOKAK NO:3/1 HONAZ / DENİZLİ through a notary, or by sending it to our Company via the e mail with which your
membership is confirmed or via your Registered e mail (KEP) address. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be
finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you
may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the responses to the app lications exceed
10 (ten) pages, a transaction fee of 1.00 (one) TL will be charged for each page. If the answer is requested to be given on a re cording medium
such as CD or flash memory, a fee will be charged according to the cost of the requested recording medium.
