This information text has been prepared by ECE MERMER TURİZM SAN. VE TİC.LTD. ŞTİ. (“ Company”) , acting as the data controll
er, within the
scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Co mpl ied with in
Fulfilling the Information Obligation .
The Company aims to process the personal data of its suppliers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (
(“LP PD Law”) and
other legislation.
With the Information Text, it has been adopted that the activities carried out by the Company will be maintained and develope
d i n accordance
with the principles set out in the Personal Data Protection Law.

The personal data of suppliers collected and used by our company are, in particular, as follows:

Your personal data specified above is processed in a limited and proportionate manner, in accordance with the law and rules o
f h onesty under all
circumstances, by preserving the accuracy and up to dateness of the personal data you share, and in connection with the purpose for which it
will be processed for certain clear and lawful purposes.
Purposes for which Personal Data will be Processed:
Your Personal Data is processed by our Company for the limited purposes of providing and monitoring supply services, quality
con trol and
evaluation regarding service/contract performance, carrying out finance and accounting affairs, carrying out payment transact ion s and providing
communication .
To Whom and For What Purposes Can Processed Personal Data Be Transferred:
Your personal data collected during this process;
It can be transferred to institutions or organizations permitted by the Labor Law, Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law

Protection Law No. 6698 and other legislative provisions; public legal entities such as Personal Data Protection Authority, M ini stry of Finance,
Ministry of Customs and Trade, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Information Technologies and Communication Authority, a nd to
domestic/overseas organizations that are jointly and severally responsible with us for taking workplace safety measures such as preserving all
kinds of your personal data, preventing unauthorized access and preventing unlawful processing, from which we receive service s a nd cooperate
with under a contract in order to carry out our activities as ECE MERMER TURİZM SAN. VE TİC.LTD. ŞTİ.
Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data:
Your personal data is collected in physical and electronic environments for the purposes specified above , in accordance with
th e processing
conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK; provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, the
processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary and is mandatory for the data controller to fu lfill its legal
obligations .
Your personal data will be stored for a reasonable period of time, as specified in the relevant legislation or until the purp
ose of processing ceases
to exist, and in any case, for the duration of the legal limitation periods.

In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you can make requests regarding the following issues regar
din g your personal
data by applying to our Company:
Learning whether personal data is being processed,
To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the acti
on taken to third parties
to whom personal data is transferred,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though
it has been
processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that the action taken wit hin this scope be
notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To object to a result that is detrimental to the data owner, especially as a result of the automatic analysis of processed pe
rso nal data,
To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Request Submission Method:
You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which “regulates the rights of the relevant person”,
by filling out and
signing the application form available on the Company’s website in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Prin cip les of
Application to the Data Controller”, by personally proving your identity or by delivering/notifying it in writing to our Comp any ’s address at
GÜRLEYİK MAH.601 SOKAK NO:3/1 HONAZ / DENİZLİ through a notary, or by sending it to our Company via the e mail with which your
membership is confirmed or via your Registered e mail (KEP) address. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be
finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you
may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the responses to the app lications exceed
10 (ten) pages, a transaction fee of 1.00 (one) TL will be charged for each page. If the answer is requested to be given on a re cording medium
such as CD or flash memory, a fee will be charged according to the cost of the requested recording medium.
